Solutions provided:
Demo existing 12 volt backup pump and components including old battery which has failed and controller. Replace existing sump pump with new Pro Series PS3033 pump. Includes integrated solid state controller, integrated high water alarm and back up battery. Install new heavy duty deep cycle battery and heavy duty inverter. Reinstall clear cover with caulk around all penetration points as the customer has a radon removal system. Clean out sump crock of any debris.
