Excessive water from neighbors property causing sedimentation issues, erosion on customers property.

Solutions provided:

At left side of driveway where retaining wall terminates excavate approximately 24 inches w x 6 feet L x 30 inches deep to form a catchment basin for flash runoff of water.

Continue an open french style drain toward rear of property, approximately 24 LF to edge of existing silt fence. Drain system will remain open with washed stone as the final material present, approximately 12 inches in width.

At inside edge of storage box install shallow drain line to traverse garden and pick up existing downspout collector pipe, approximately 35 LF.
