Initial fix was shoddy and unacceptable; when carpenter team came they did an excellent job! Communications could be a bit better but I understand they were short staffed in the office. Could not have a more pleasant group to work with though. I intend to use them for other work in the near future.

My family has been using Summit for 20 years, they are the best for pest control. We recently had a serious mouse problem and they went above and beyond to help us and get the problem fixed.

We awoke to the sound of critters in the attic, what we suspected were raccoons. I was terrified they would find a way into the house, so we called Summit the next morning who we used a couple years ago to remove coons from under our sunroom deck. Once again, we had excellent and prompt service, with Donna and Chris fitting us in their schedules the day after the latest snowstorm. Chris was always available by phone and came back each day to check the traps. They found the bent louver screens on the gables where the animals entered and fixed all of them around the house. They inspected the attic for damage, droppings, or coon babies, and found none. Everyone we have worked with there has a commitment to serving the customer, hard to find these days!

Install one sealable sump crock next to existing sump crock. Connect the two with a 4 inch pvc pipe. Install a new pro series 3033 1/3 hp sump pump with check valve and discharge line. New sump pumps will be installed in the new sump crock higher than the existing sump pump in existing sump crock. If a new electrical outlet is needed, Summit will have to charge additional price for installation. Discharge line will run out on the left side of the home. Run off rigid pipe will be run from discharge point to indicated spot in front of home indicated by technician. A drain box will be installed with clean stone surrounding. Summit is not responsible for any grass that dies in the process. Grass seed will be put down after installation is finished. Flex pipe that discharges the downspouts will be extended to the drain box.

SES will remove rear drywall and drywall around the fireplace. Perform containment procedure around the affected area. Demo drywall to inspect. If mold is found full containment will be needed with remediation. Install GrateDrain system around affected walls with full heavy duty finish shield from floor to ceiling in affected areas. Extend the GrateDrain system under stairs to existing sump liner and utilize existing sump and discharge.

If it is found no widespread fungal growth exists SES will deduct the cost of remediation and containment. Demo and abandon existing drain. Install new 9 inch drain box, run under the doorway into the basement and into FastSump with a liner. Run discharge up and out of the walkout to the left side next to the fence and walkway into the drain box flush with soil.

Install one fast sump crock and 1/3 hp sump pump with a check valve and discharge line in the rear left corner of the home of the crawlspace. Discharge line will be run through the left side of the home and discovered to a drain box indicated by the technician. Grass will be laid back as best as possible. Summit is not responsible for any grass/plants that die in the process. Electrical will need to be installed near the new sump pump by summit.

Install new partial fast drain system seven feet along the left side wall indicated by technician and entire rear wall in the crawlspace. Fast drain will be gravity fed to the fast sump. A trench will be dug and clean stone will be installed around the fast drain system. Flush ports will be installed for proper maintenance. On the walls where the fast drain is located a vapor barrier will be sealed to the wall and ran to the fast drain system.
