Solutions provided:
Remove all batted fiberglass insulation in two crawl spaces on front and rear of home indicated by the technician. Sterifab to disinfect. Install new R19 batted fiberglass in floor joists and secure with metal rods. On one open basement wall, indicated by the technician, remove the R30 batted insulation. Install new R11 blanket insulation with white vapor barrier. Install new R19 batted fiberglass in a seal plate along the same wall.
