Customer called for sump pump and waterproofing needs.
Solutions provided:
Right side wall in utility room to wall and rear wall in front of door, install GrateDrain system with full heavy duty finish shield from floor to ceiling. HDFS is full class 1 vapor barrier with anti microbial coating. This will direct any moisture/water into the drain system.
Includes flush ports and replacement of floor with concrete when completed. Demo existing. concrete wash tub and dispose. Cap water lines only. Install GrateSump with a liner in the right rear corner and discharge out the right side into a grassy area into a drainbox in soil. Install electrical receptacle by licensed electrician. Exterior walkout has old cast iron drain passing through the foundation. Tie in that existing drain with parallel drain line directly to the sump.
