Why did the customer contact us?
The customer needed new insulation in their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Remove old soiled insulation from crawl space to include sucking out droppings. Disinfect crawl space for odor and bacteria. Frame the front right, right side of crawl space, and rear left at entry door for install of foam board insulation. Install R 11 foam board insulation. Hook up electrical inside crawlspace and hook up a wise air dehumidifier and run condensation light off. Dig down in front of home at crawlspace, right side of crawl space, and rear left of crawl space and pour concrete with screening for barrier wall. Install kick plate wood around the barrier wall. Frame around the exterior entry door to crawl space and put on hinges. Client was told with all work being done that we will trap for two weeks due to unknown animal burrowing under crawl space and treat for heavy mice problem inside crawl space.
