Solutions provided:
Install full perimeter GrateDrain system with Flexi Flange up walls 12-16 inches to capture water. Install flush ports for servicing. Cover up the floor with concrete finished when completed. Install discharge line in left front corner, outside of home into garden and into drain box. In the left front corner install FastSump with a liner on the floor. Includes a high water alarm and check valve. Install battery backup with deep cycle battery and inverter. The GrateDrain system carries a fully transferable lifetime warranty. All peripherals carry their respective warranties.
