Shower enclosure has issues with some mold on the ceiling. It is fully enclosed with a fan but inadequate ventilation and mold is growing in the corner.
Solutions provided:
Demo area around fan and replace with higher CFM fan since there is no access from the attic. Includes built in humidistat. Install rotary timer for shower fan. Treat ceiling and wall above tile with sterilizer. Repair drywall on ceiling, prep for paint. Apply encapsulation primer to all drywall. Apply 2 coats of suitable paint for shower.
