Why did the customer contact us?
The front and right side wall have some water leaking in through the foundation. Old drain system has partially failed.
Solutions provided:
Install GrateDrain system along front and right side walls. The customer will demo drywall and studs up to 24″ from floor prior to work commencing. Restore floor with high strength concrete. The customer may install whatever flooring they wish after work is complete. Install new FastSump in the existing liner. Re-route discharge line into wall. Install High water alarm and check valve.
