Left rear corner of basement allowing water to enter corner into basement.
Solutions provided:
Cannot do any interior waterproofing as the rear wall is 2 x 6 construction and load bearing. Excavate at rear corner in planter down to footer. Locate source(s) of water entry. Clean and seal joint with urethane sealant. Apply heavy plastic, pin to foundation wall to direct water away from foundation. Cover with existing soil and mulch. May need additional mulch when completed.
