The customer needed crawl space repairs.
Solutions provided:
Crawl space to be cleaned up of debris and droppings to include old insulation. Disinfect steri-fab and deodorizer treatments to be conducted in crawlspace to kill any bacteria, parasites or mites. Sill plate of crawlspace to be air sealed with spray foam, Foundation vents to be spray foamed insulated, a register to be installed to the duct for air circulation and around the exterior door to be spray foamed. Install new composite entry door with hinges, dimple shield and crawl space liner to be installed under a vapor barrier to prevent moisture from being trapped in crawl space. Install R 11 foam board insulation with vapor barrier to be installed to walls inside of crawl space and 16 mil vapor barrier to floor of crawl space and will be seam taped to walls. A wise air 60 dehumidifier and condensate pump to be installed after completion and electrical hooked up inside of crawl space. Line will run out and away from home through one of the vents of the foundation.
