Complaints about water entering in a couple of locations along the front wall.
Solutions provided:
Existing system installed in 2011 is a standard French drain and likely does not have a method for extracting water from the CMU walls. SES will need to do the following to resolve the issues: Demo the walls along the front wall only, up to the ceiling. Remove studs. Install Heavy Duty finish shield membrane from floor to ceiling. Retrofit GrateDrain system with flexi flange on front wall. Drill out block pockets to permit water entry into the drain system. Utilize existing sumps, crock and battery backup system.
