Left wall at the rear has water entering the cove joint. Cannot treat on other side.
Solutions provided:
Install GrateDrain system in rear bedroom left wall and ground floor living room up to fireplace. Demo walls up to 24 inches, remove studs and pull back carpet. Install new GrateSump liner with Pro Series 3033 pump with integrated digital controller and integrated high water alarm. Close up the floor with concrete. The customer will be responsible for restoring walls and carpet.
