Solutions provided:
Small storage space under the stairs has had issues with some moisture and musty smell reported in the basement. Install WiseAir 60 dehumidifier with duct kit and grille. Install in the storage room and duct out into the basement through the wall. Treat closet and basement area with sterilizer prior to install.
