Why did the customer contact us?

Water entering through small openings in various locations in the front basement wall near the garage. Water also enters through PVC conduit penetration. 

Solutions provided:

In order to address water and water vapor issues the following is recommended: Install partial GrateDrain system in utility from doorway to water heater. Install heavy duty finish shield from floor to ceiling and integrate with the GrateDrain system to control moisture and water. Install FastSump with liner, check valve and high water alarm. Install dedicated electrical outlet by licensed electrician. 

Run discharge up and out of front wall into front garden, under flagstone walkway and out into front yard just outside of garden into drain box in soil. Customer understands the walkway may need some reconstruction at the point where the discharge line is run. Excavate down where the well pump conduit line runs in front of home at foundation wall. Clean and apply sealant to the entry point. Back fill area.
