Solutions provided:
Remove all vapor barrier, insulation, thermal barrier, trash, dead mice, and mouse poop. Sterifab to disinfect and treat for mites, lice, and bacteria. Install a stainless steel screen on vents to prevent mice from entering crawl space. Install R11 bora foam board on all walls for insulation. Block off vents with bora foam board. Spray foam all seal plates with 2 inches of closed cell spray foam. Install dimple shield and 16 mil crawl shield/vapor barrier. Seam tape vapor barrier to the R11 bora foam board. Insulate nutty door with bora foam insulation board.
Seal out for mice would be done with the crawlspace. During time of inspection other possible entry points were found by the technician on site. Corner channels and conduit lines indicated by technicians would be sealed.
