Why did the customer contact us?
The customer needed a partial GrateDrain system for their basement.
Solutions provided:
Install partial GrateDrain system along rear wall to area where washer/dryer are installed. Demo wall up to 24 inches to install a drain system. Customers will be responsible for refinishing walls. Tie system into existing sump liner. Install drainboxes in each window well and pipe through the wall into the GrateDrain system. Replace existing sump pump with new FastSump, check valve and high water alarm. Extend discharge line from right rear at home to right rear of property into extended size drainbox with washed stone.
