Why did the customer contact us?
Area where the PVC line enters home has some moisture around the pipe and CMU walls.
Solutions provided:
Pull up deck boards outside to gain access to soil, excavate down 2-3 feet, clean area at pipe penetration and apply urethane waterproof sealant around pipe. Back fill and replace boards. SES will take every precaution to remove boards carefully but it is possible there may be some damage. SES will replace any damaged boards.
In the utility room clean the area at the wood strip running down the wall, next to the washer and apply masonry waterproofing paint, white. Apply 1 foot off the side wall at the corner.
