Why did the customer contact us?
Basement has water entering the basement in a few locations. Buttress walls around the perimeter at cove joints and joints are leaking.
Solutions provided:
Install a full GrateDrain system around the perimeter with a SpeedE channel or large box drain in front of the doorway. Use an existing sump, liner and battery backup system. Customers will need to clean out the sump crock as it is full sediment. Install heavy duty finish shield up buttress wall and continue the remainder of wall to ceiling. Repair electrical circuit at side wall. Receptacle needs to be upgraded. SES will provide an electrician to perform this work.
