Why did the customer contact us?
The customer needed a new dehumidifier to condition their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Install one Santa Fe compact 2 dehumidifier with a hang kit. Run discharge line into designated sump pump indicated by technician. Light bulbs will be removed and an electrical socket installed. Electrical socket to be designated only for dehumidifiers. Recommend install two air inducers to help condition space. Any vents in crawl space that are open will be closed.
