The customer had a moisture and mold problem in their basement.
Solutions provided:
Apply sterilizer to the entire space to provide initial knockdown of fungal growth. Install temporary air scrubbers in space to begin drying the basement ahead of work. Install a GrateDrain system in the perimeter of the basement floor. Install Heavy Duty Finish shield up all walls to ceiling. Seal all seams and direct any water into the GrateDrain system. Install FastSump with a liner in the HVAC closet. Install a High water alarm. Install a clear check valve. Run the discharge line into the back yard, 6-7 LF from home into the drain box. SES will require an electrician to temporarily disable the electrical circuits in the basement living area only. SES will provide a licensed electrician for this work. The customer should be out of home during treatment and up to 1 hour after treatment. Any food should be sealed or put away during treatment in living space.
