Why did the customer contact us?
The customer needed waterproofing services for their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Install 10 mil liner on all floor space in all crawl spaces, up walls to sill plate. Secure and pin to walls. Break up excessive concrete overpour in the front right/center section of crawl space, behind the garage, to install FastDrain system. Direct down to the center of front crawl space sump crock. Clean out the crock and install new FastSump. Use the existing discharge line. Exterior drainage issues: Install approximately 10 LF of drain tile, left front of home at step onto yard, direct into existing downspout discharge. Right side, foundation wall, seal crack with flexible concrete sealant. The customer will need to match paint when completed. Apply encapsulation primer to the front left tji joist, 10 LF.
