Solutions provided:
Relocate HVAC system temporarily to facilitate installation. Install Grate Drain system on rear wall and install Fast Sump in left rear corner. Discharge into the sewer system. Install Drain grate in the walkout to capture excess water from the rear area of home. Install check valve and high water alarm.
