Solutions provided:
SES will remove necessary flooring and perform inspection. Upon discovery of any cracks and application, flooring can be reinstalled. Cracks will be repaired with a fast setting epoxy. If no cracks are found during removal of flooring SES will advise the customer of findings. Additional investigation will be required to determine the nature of water intrusion. Baseboard shoe molding will need to be removed where needed and reinstalled. Additional flooring may need to be removed.
