Solutions provided:
Remove brick in 5 x 4 foot area and excavate to remove sand. Install double heavy duty liner, bonded to wall and replaced with washed river rock. Shed has been removed, continuing liner and rock in the area where the shed was. Scrape walls of loose paint and other material. Apply waterproofing coating to the left side and front wall to the stub wall.
