Exterior basement wall has water entering at foundation. Previous company attempted remediation but failed and water is still entering basement.
Solutions provided:
Excavate down to footer along entire wall. Demo existing drain system and clean brick/concrete. Apply elastomeric waterproofing from bottom of footer to mean soil line. Install new French drain system per code and run down to corner at patio. Excavate and install deep sump pit with washed stone and direct out to rear of patio into drain box. Grade remaining soil in area as it is eroding and causing water to move toward structure. Electrical circuit to be installed by licensed electrician. Apply grass seed and straw when completed. No guarantee grass will grow.
