They needed an update to their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Remove old insulation in areas where it has fallen. Demo incorrectly installed radiant barrier. Replace damaged insulation only. with new R19 where needed. Remove existing damaged liner and debris. Install new 10 mil reinforced liner up all walls to sill plate. Apply 2 inches closed cell foam to exterior perimeter rim joist. Replace hatch with poly hatch and latches. Seal all crawl space vents. Remove existing insulation. Install new cellulose to bring it up to R38.Install new baffles throughout the attic.
