Ground moisture issues in crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Keep existing vapor retarders on the floor. Install new 12 mil reinforced poly liner up footer sill to 6 inches up walls. Install Borafoam termite resistant board, R10, to all exterior walls up to wood sill plate. To stop air infiltration apply 2 inches of closed cell foam to the entire rim joist around the perimeter, R13 value. Seal all crawlspace vents to prevent any additional air infiltration. To partially condition space per updated building code install 2 passive vents in opposite ends of supply trunk. Demo all insulation in the crawl space ceiling. Apply commercial grade sterilizer to entire crawlspace. The customer will need to be out of home during and up to 1 hour after treatment.
