The customer needed a basic crawl space remediation.
Solutions provided:
Recently completed addition. 6 mil liner under washed stone. No insulation in ceiling or on rim joist. Existing liner covers rim joist and must be modified to provide visual access to rim joist. Add on spray foam to rim joist to air seal and provide R13 insulation, Install 12 mil on floor of space to existing insulated walls, seal and tape as needed.
