Why did the customer contact us?
Front wall between foyer and rec room has some water entering near brick/masonry stoop.
Solutions provided:
Install partial GrateDrain system from under foyer to right front corner. Demo remaining drywall and firring strips. Install grate sump with liner. Includes installation of high water alarm, check valve and full battery backup system with heavy duty inverter and AGM battery. Replace flooring with concrete and finish smooth. Customer can replace walls and flooring. Run discharge line from basement through front garden and approximately four to five feet into front yard into drain box mounted flush in soil. Customer has possible asbestos tiles in floor and will test/remove prior to work.
