Water entering lower floor of home in multiple locations. Excessive moisture on lower walls and carpet throughout.
Solutions provided:
Demo all walls 24 inches from floor. Install GrateDrain system along entire perimeter excluding garage wall only. Includes the following: Electrical receptacle installed by licensed electrician. High water alarm and check valve. GrateSump with liner in utility room. Flexiflange installed on walls to capture and direct water down into GrateDrain system. Flush ports where needed to permit servicing. Restore floor with high strength concrete. Provide air scrubber during work on main floor of home during work. Apply sterilizer to affected areas during work to kill any microbial growth.
