The customer previously had flooding in their basement and wanted to prevent it from happening again.
Solutions provided:
Walkout from basement has capacity and clogging issues. Demo old drain and tie into new 9 inch catch basin with atrium cover to resist debris. Excavate next to walkout a minimum of 4 feet down with custom liner. Install new FastSump in bottom of pit with discharge out to left front yard adjacent to wooden walkway. Run dryer vent in basement ceiling out to walkout, next to light fixture. Will require blowouts to facilitate running pipe. Includes critter resistant guard, flex pipe down to dryer. Install WiseAire85 in utility room next to water heater. Install duct kit and route to flange and passive grille to left of air handler.
