Full perimeter GrateDrain system includes the following: Installation of new GrateSump liner and upgrade to Pro Series PS3033 pump. Full Heavy Duty Finish Shield on all exterior walls and integrate with GrateDrain system. High water alarm. Install battery backup with inverter to prevent issues when power is lost. Install box drain in walkout and run dedicated line to sump basin. Install sewage crock (rough in only) under stair case adjacent to exterior doorway. Run 2 inch waste line to utility area from floor and cap for later use.
