The customer had water entering their basement.
Solutions provided:
Customer has had multiple attempts made at locating and remediating problems. Latest effort wad to install plastic along base of foundation/brick but it is not sealed to wall. Water entering left side at chimney area. Remove 2-3 feet of siding along left side from chimney to left front corner. Inspect for damaged wood to see where water may be entering. Dig out small area directly behind HVAC unit where line runs slightly below grade into home. Inspect to see if water is entering there. May need to perform water test. This is a diagnostic test and inspection. Repairs, if needed, will be discussed with homeowner prior to performing any work.
