Why did the customer contact us?
The customer needed a sump pump battery back-up.
Solutions provided:
Rear sump pump was running for a very long time and crock was nearly full of water. Evidence it is not pumping efficiently which indicates silt or other clogging. Front sump pump is old and requires replacement. Install two new FastSump pumps, front and rear. Clean out both sump crocks of any sediment and debris. Install battery back up with inverter on rear sump only for now.
