Solutions provided:
Remove fallen insulation and install new R19 batted paper faced insulation on the floor joists. Secure with metal rods. Insulate one copper pipe with black foam insulation. Fix one hvac hard duct as best as possible and seal with hvac tape. Insulation on the walk that has fallen will be completely removed
