The customer had water in their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Install FastDrain system around entire perimeter and direct toward existing location of sump. Install new FastSump with liner in existing location. Utilize existing discharge line and check valve. Demo all insulation in space. Install Borafoam termite resistant foam board on all exterior walls up to sill plate. To stop air flow apply 2 inches of closed cell foam on rim joist around entire perimeter. To partially condition space install inducer in supply trunk. Seal hatch door with foam board and weather stripping. Seal all vents. Wrap all columns with new 12 mil liner, seal to existing liner. Seal all seams on existing liner at columns, seams and walls. Alternate solution: Full Crawlshield encapsulation with 16 mil reinforced liner, Dimpleshield drain mat. Install SantaFe Advance dehumidifier. Run condensate down to FastSump liner.
