The customer had efflorescence and water entering in on the left side of their basement.
Solutions provided:
Left side wall of basement has efflorescence and some water entering. Existing drain system on front wall only. Install GrateDrain system on left wall with full Heavy Duty Finish shield. Cover floor with high strength concrete when completed. Tie into existing sump and drain system. Install high water alarm. Where discharge exits in garden install new drainbox in soil to prevent erosion.
