Why did the customer contact us?
The customer wanted an interior drainage system.
Solutions provided:
Install perforated corrugated piping in trench with washed stone around entire pipe. Install FlexiFlange up onto CMU wall to capture water as a stand alone pipe will not capture water entering from the cove joint. Install customer supply 4 LF NDS drain grate, center left, to act as a floor drain. Cover with concrete and finish. Customer supplied (2) 1/2 HP sump pumps and 2 crocks. Install crocks in existing pits already excavated. Extend existing discharge line 4 LF out into yard and into drain box flush in soil. Install new discharge for 2nd pump approximately 8 LF into yard into drainbox in soil. Two electrical receptacles will need to be installed by a licensed electrician. This proposal includes those costs.
