Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had a crack in their basement.
Solutions provided:
Multiple non structural cracks in basement floor. Some staining due to cracks are present on the floor. Moisture levels present in floor are in the normal range. Grind out and open all cracks, approximately 65 LF. Vacuum and clean area. Will provide air scrubber as needed but some dust is possible. Degrease with industrial strength degreaser and prep for sealant.
It is strongly recommended the HVAC system be shut down during repair work.
Seal all cracks with epoxy based concrete crack repair. Apply concrete sealant to areas of staining/damage only.
