The customer needed crawl space waterproofing.
Solutions provided:
Install FastDrain system with washed stone along front and left side wall.
Install FastSump with liner, check valve and high water alarm at left front corner of space.
Discharge out front of home to the right of the front porch, 10 LF into front yard into drain box.
Crawlspace Liner
Install 10 mil liner on entire space, wrap all columns, up 6 inches on walls with pins and seal all seams.
