Demo wall in basement next to stairs 24 inches from floor. Install GrateDrain along wall, across front of staircase into utility room. Direct around air handler and along side wall next to electrical panel.
Restore floor with high strength concrete.
Install high water alarm and check valve.
Discharge out next to panel. 20 LF from home, through garden into drain box in soil.
