The customer’s basement was leaking when it rained.
Solutions provided:
Water entering in multiple locations front of basement wall plus efflorescence visible throughout basement. Prominent musty odors throughout basement.
Install GrateDrain system along right wall, rear wall, side, front and left side wall in front half of basement.
To address issues with moisture on CMU walls install Heavy Duty Finish Shield from floor to ceiling integrating with GrateDrain system. Drill holes in block pockets and install flexiflange to direct any water into drain system.
Install FastSump with liner, high water alarm and check valve.
Restore floors with high strength concrete. Customer can finish flooring and walls afterwards.
