Solutions provided:
Large hatch with excavated area allowing water to enter space.
Excavate as needed, fabricate with pressure treated wood framing around entry point and install a sloped, poly hatch with latches. Cover bottom with washed stone when completed.
Excavate along a 62 LF section, rear of hospitality hall, standard french drain system with washed stone, exposed along rear edge, past step landing out to gravel drive. Tie in 3 downspouts along run.
