The customer needed repairs to their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Removal of old insulation from crawlspace to include vapor barrier from floor and visible rodent droppings and debris throughout crawlspace. Disinfect crawlspace to kill any bacteria, parasites, or viruses. Oder treatment to be conducted throughout crawlspace for heavy urine smell from rodents. Install dimple shield drain mat under vapor barrier to reduce entrapment moisture wants vapor barrier is installed to floor of crawlspace. Install 16mil vapor barrier to Floor of crawlspace and Attach to walls once insulation foam board is installed using waterproof seam tape. Floor seams to be sealed by overlapping and applying waterproof Seam tape at intersections of conjoined vapor barrier. Plate and seal foundation vents inside of crawlspace to include air sealing with spray foam, air seal rim joist at top of foundation wall using spray foam. Install r11 foam board insulation to foundation walls to include seam taping and attaching vapor barrier from the floor up walls 3 to 4 inches.
