The customer needed repairs to their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Remove all batted fiberglass insulation, vapor barrier, and trash. Sterifab crawlspace to treat for mildew and mold. Install R11 bora foam board on all exterior walls. Spray foam all exterior rim joists with 2 inches of closed cell spray foam. Air seal any conduit lines in the walls. Install dimple shield and 16 mil white vapor barrier on the floor of the crawlspace. Wrap the pillars with vapor barrier and seam tape to seal. Block off all the vents with bora foam board (stainless steel screen will be installed to help keep the mice out). Install two inducers on two separate trunk lines on separate sides of the crawlspace. Install a new door to the crawlspace with new framing. Gaps between the floor rafters of the crawlspace and the basement area will be left open for air circulation.
