Why did the customer contact us?
The customer needed a drainage system for their commercial property.
Solutions provided:
Lower level in theater has water entering cove joint on left side. Install GrateDrain on side walls at bottom grade with lateral line directly to existing pit. Reconfigure pit for new GrateSump liner and Pro Series 1/3 HP pump with dual float controller.
Install high water alarm and check valve.
Cover floor with concrete when finished. Flush ports installed where required and will need to be accessible for servicing if needed.
