Why did the customer contact us?
The customer had water in their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Water entering right side of crawl space. Some insulation falling.
Install 10 mil liner over top existing liner on entire space including walls up to sill plate. Seal all seams, wrap all columns.
Close and seal all vents.
To address water issues install FastDrain with sump and liner on right side of home to rear at hatch entrance. Install dedicated electrical outlet by a licensed electrician.
Run discharge out right side of home into drain box in soil.
Replace damaged insulation in ceiling, R19.
