The customer needed repairs done for their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Install a crawlspace foundation vent circulation fan, client has Existing designated outlet.
Mold treatment at floor joist that appear to be discolored which now are drying out from being wet inside crawlspace under rear exterior entry door.
Removal and disposal of Blanket insulation from walls of foundation within crawlspace, and install 12 mill vapor barrier to Floor of crawlspace and attach to walls and wrap center columns.
