The customer was experiencing humidity problems in their crawl space.
Solutions provided:
Install circular crawlspace fan inside of utility room located in kitchen to include electrical hook up. Flush dehumidifier and clean condensate line, replace filter and clean interior components at filter housing. Client to have all personal items Located in one area within the crawlspace, summit to cover items with plastic covering in order to treat crawlspace. All wood under crawlspace at subflooring and rim Joist to be mold treated.
